Marilyn McAlister has been a classroom teacher for 28 years, a resource teacher for 2 years, and is starting her first year as an elementary principal. Her educational passions include gifted education, building relationships, Google tools, hyperdocs, inquiry-based learning, station rotation, the Global Goals, Nearpod, Adobe Express, and developing student-leaders. She has represented the Imperial County for the opportunity to be the California Teacher of the Year.
